DAY 1 : Leh Arrival
Enjoy the thrill of landing in temperatures of -10 degrees as you land at the KBR
airport in Leh. The land is beautifully white, with an endless expanse of soft snow
dominating the scene. The day will be free to give yourself time to get acclimatized
to the higher altitude. Night stay at LEH.
Day 2 : Leh local
After breakfast enjoy the excursion of Monasteries and Palaces around Leh. Visit
Thiksey Monastery, photo halt at the base of the Shey Palace, Patthar sahib

Day 3 : Leh – Chumathang
After breakfast departure to Chumathang. Chumathang is famous for its hot
Sulphur springs that bubble from the ground near the banks of the ice-cold Indus
River. The drastic change in winter landscape as you drive towards Chumathang
makes it quite possible to think of Ladakh as an entirely different land from what
you may have seen in Summer. There are crimson colored trees, towering bare
poplars, pristine freezing rivers—all making it a beautiful and novel experience. On
arrival, transfer to the guest house. Night stay at CHUMATHANG.
Day 4 : Frozen river walk
After breakfast enjoy an unforgettable walk on the frozen river while listening to
the legends of the place from the locals. We pass through a beautiful landscape of

Day 5 : Nubra Valley
After breakfast departure to Diskit (Nubra Valley) via Khardungla Pass (One of the World’s
Highest Motorable Road, 18380 ft), transfer to hotel. After some rest visit the 32- meter
idol of the Maitreya Buddha near the Diskit Monastery and proceed to the famous Desert
of Ladakh at Hunder, enjoy the great ambience on sand dunes & also take a ride on
double hump Camels (Optional). Night Stay at DISKIT.
Day 6 : Turtuk
After breakfast enjoy a day excursion to Turtuk, the Apricot Hub of Ladakh. Enjoy roaming
around the beautiful border village and return to Diskit. Night stay at DISKIT
Day 7 : Pangong Lake
After breakfast departure to Pangong Lake (Salt water lake @ 14500 ft) via shayok route
(subject to operational ) Enjoy leisure time at the scenic Lake. Night Stay at PANGONG
LAKE.
Day 8 : Leh return
After breakfast return to Leh via Changla Pass (3rd Highest Pass of the world @17800 ft).
Night Stay at LEH.
Day 9 : Departure
Early morning departure to Leh airport for onward journey to your hometown.
